Reservations are recommended as early as possible due to limited space and complex logistics involved in river trips. Reservations can be made online, via e-mail or by phone at 970-257-1222. Reservations will be confirmed by one or a combination of the following methods: e-mail, phone, and regular mail.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

• Full payment required for 1-day trips
• 50% of the total trip fee for multi-day trips

Deposit is non-refundable. Payment in full is due 14 days prior to your trip departure and is non-refundable. Because you are reserving space for which we have a limited capacity, our limited-refund cancellation policy applies in every instance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. The reservation deposit is non-refundable. However the later you wait to cancel your reservation the less we will refund.

• Cancellations of trips 30 days or more prior to trip departure date will be refunded in full less the deposit.
  (total amount paid - non-refundable deposit = refund)
• Cancellations of trips 29-15 days prior to trip departure date will be refunded at 50% less the deposit.
  (50% of the total trip fee - non-refundable deposit = refund)
• Cancellations of trips 14 days or less prior to trip departure are non-refundable.

Colorado Discover Ability reserves the right to cancel any trip for reasons that include the following:

• not enough participants on a trip open to individual reservations
• inclement weather
• health and safety

Trips cancelled by Colorado Discover Ability will either be rescheduled or refunded in full.
